Return Policy:

Returns on clothing are accepted within 7 days of product delivery for exchange only. No Refunds, Exchange Only. 

All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL sale.

To be eligible for exchange, all merchandise must be in its original packaging, tagged, unworn, and free of any perfumes and odors. Any items that do not meet these basic requirements or, are non-returnable will be denied. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Pre-Orders are FINAL Sale; NO Exchange, NO REFUND!

Please email your exchange requests to [email protected]. Once inspection of your return is complete, your exchanges will be sent to the same shipping address listed on your original order. 

Shipment costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Tracking numbers are recommended to document and ensure delivery of your return-shipment.

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, tracking information will be provided via email.

Once tracking info is received you may go on www.usps.com and begin tracking your order. 

Canada & US: 5-7 business days

International: 8-10 business days
